Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally.
We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
All of our decals are created in the UK and are designed by real people, with heart, soul and creativity first in mind.
How do I know what size I am?
We have a size chart on each product, click the link below the product description that says "size chart" and it will pop up on your screen. Or you can visit the size chart here.
Out of stock. Can I backorder?
Some products may be available for backorder, as long as they are not part of a limited release. If your size is out of stock and the item isn’t a limited release, we’ll make it for you — this usually takes 3-5 working days before shipping.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items weight and size in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

When will I get my order?
We use Royal Mail for all UK, EU and Worldwide shipping. We process most orders on the day we receive them, and Royal Mail collects them the next day, except for orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
