UK Delivery

All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked.

• Free UK delivery is automatically applied at checkout for orders over £50.
• Most orders are processed the same day and collected the next working day (Monday to Friday).
• Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
• If there is an issue with your order, we will contact you using the email address or phone number provided.
• Please allow 5–10 days for back orders to ship.


International Delivery

We ship worldwide using Royal Mail International.

• International delivery costs depend on the weight and size of your order.
• Delivery times vary depending on destination.
• Orders are usually processed the same day and collected the next working day (Monday to Friday).
• Please allow 5–10 days for back orders to ship.
• Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.


Customs and Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling charges.

• These charges are set by your local government and are not included in the order price.
• Pauzewear does not collect or cover customs fees.
• If delivery is refused due to unpaid customs charges, refunds will only be issued once the order has been returned to us.
• Original shipping costs and customs-related fees are non-refundable.
