Refund policy

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. View our delivery & returns page.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original box packaging. You’ll also need the email receipt or proof of purchase. We will not refund or exchange anything that has been worn or used.

If the issue is not our mistake, customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us. For your own piece of mind, we recommend you return your item using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 service.  

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your item is faulty or we made a mistake, we will refund your costs of shipping the item back to us, so long as it's not returned using the Royal Mail premium priced Special Delivery Service

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Undergarments (e.g. boxers, briefs)
  • Custom products (e.g. special orders or personalised items)
  • Worn items (e.g. used)
  • Items not purchased from us

Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, we will credit your account and you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in the same condition you received them—unworn or unused, with tags, and in original box packaging. You’ll also need the email receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
